菲律賓帕賽吹填開發項目集裝箱采購詢價公告

1 詢價條件（Tender Conditions）

因菲律賓帕賽吹填開發項目施工需要，采購集裝箱一批，現已具備詢價條件，根據國家法律法規和中交特種工程有限公司（以下簡稱中交特種）物資采購管理規定，通過公開詢價方式采購集裝箱一批，歡迎符合資格條件的供應商積極參與報價。

To meet the construction needs of the Pasay Reclamation Development Project in the Philippines,A batch of container has been purchased. The conditions for inquiry have now been met. In accordance with national laws and regulations and the material procurement management regulations of China Communications Special Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China Communications Special), a batch of container will be purchased through an open inquiry process. Suppliers who meet the qualification requirements are welcome to participate in the bidding.

The project is located at Manila Bay, Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

請有意向的報價人認真閱讀報價單的要求和說明，合理報價。附件“菲律賓帕賽吹填開發項目集裝箱采購報價單”

Interested bidders must carefully review the requirements and instructions in the quotation form. Refer to the attachment: *Quotation Form for container in Pasay Reclamation Development Project*.  

3 報價響應供應商的資格要求（Qualification Requirements for Bidding Suppliers）

3*基本條件（Basic Conditions）

（1）要求供應商實力強、具有可靠良好的資信狀況。

Suppliers must demonstrate strong capabilities and reliable credit standing.  

（2）具有獨立承擔民事責任能力。

Possess independent legal capacity to bear civil liabilities.

（3）具有良好的商業信譽和健全的財務會計制度。

Maintain good commercial reputation and sound financial accounting systems.

（4）具有履行合同所必需的設備和專業技術能力。

Have necessary equipment and technical expertise to fulfill the contract.

（5）具有依法繳納稅收和社會保障資金的良好記錄。

 Maintain a valid record of tax payments and social security contributions.

（6）參加本批采購報價響應的供應商前三年內沒有法律糾紛及不良記錄，在經營活動中沒有重大違法記錄。

 No legal disputes,or major violations in business activities within the past three years.

（7）法律、行政法規規定的其他條件。

 Other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.

（8）報價響應供應商必須具有完善的服務機構和服務體系。

Bidding suppliers must have a comprehensive service network and system.  

3*具體條件（ Specific Conditions）

（1) 報價響應供應商應保證：所提供的物資符合國家和項目所在國家相關行業標準；所提交的報價文件的所有內容真實合法有效，報價響應供應商所提供的物資應當符合報價及報價響應文件的要求，無權利瑕疵，否則，應承擔由此給詢價單位造成的一切損失及相關責任。

 Bidding suppliers must ensure that the provided material comply with national and project host country standards. All submitted documents must be truthful and legally valid. material must meet inquirer requirements and be free of ownership defects; otherwise, the supplier shall bear all resulting losses and liabilities.  

（2)不接受聯合體報價。

 Joint bids are not accepted.

4 報價文件的遞交與開標（Submission and Opening of Bids）

4* 采購人于2025年7月23日8時00分通過中交集團供應鏈信息管理信息平臺發布采購詢價公告。請有意參與報價的供應商在上述日期內參與響應（網址：https://zjzcw.iccec.cn）。

The purchaser will release the procurement inquiry announcement through the Supply Chain Information Management Platform of China Communications Construction Group on July 23, 2025 . Suppliers who are interested in participating in the quotation are requested to respond within the above-mentioned period. (Website: https://zjzcw.iccec.cn).  

4*不郵寄詢價文件。

No physical copies of inquiry documents will be mailed.

5 報價響應文件的遞交（Submission of Bidding Documents）

5*電子報價響應文件遞交的時間為：2025年7月28日15時00分前。報價響應人應當通過中國交建采購管理信息平臺供應商頁面（網址：https://zjzcw.iccec.cn）上傳，遞交時間即為上傳成功時間。

Electronic bids must be submitted by **15:00 on July28, 2025** via the **CCCC Procurement Management Information Platform** (Supplier Portal: (https://zjzcw.iccec.cn). The submission time is the successful upload time.

5*逾期未上傳成功的報價響應文件，采購詢價人不予受理。

Late submissions will not be accepted.

6 發布公告的媒介（Medium of Announcement）

中交集團供應鏈信息管理信息平臺（https://zjzcw.iccec.cn）發布。

Published on the **CCCC Group Supply Chain Information Management Platform** ([https://zjzcw.iccec.cn).
